Artificial Intelligence for WebCOBRA.com

Artificial Intelligence, AI, is a feature that will soon be available through WebCOBRA.com. In the coming months, you will be able to subscribe to two different "AI" modules that will help you administer your COBRA and Retiree benefits more efficiently than ever!

The two AI modules that are going to be made available are the:

• Letter Acceptance Robot: This AI feature will allow you to auto-accept letters that are left-over in your system.
• Relational API Robot: This AI feature will allow you to auto-download the Relational API on a daily basis.

WebCOBRA Summer 2008: On-Line Now!

The Summer 2008 version of WebCOBRA.com was made available September 28, 2008 without any effort on the user’s part. The biggest feature that was included in this release is the Retiree Billing add-on module for the WebCOBRA.com system. This module takes the simplicity of WebCOBRA and allows Retirees to log-in, view their account, and make online payments both quickly and easily.

Some of the other features that were added give you the ability to:

• Upload SPD’s and Plan Documents.
• Make Universal Changes to Client/Employers.
• Create Letters from the QB Detail page.
  
• Prorate Mid-Month Subsidy End Dates.
  
• Set-up Online Enrollment.
  

TravisBilling 8.1: Now Available

In October 2008, Travis Software began distributing TravisBilling 8.1, our latest version of our Premium Billing software. Some of the new features we think you will find helpful are:

• Premium Disbursements: You have the ability to disburse payments between the Employer and Carrier.
• New Report: You have a report that will extract all enrollment data per benefit and can be run from the ADMIN level.
• New Report: You have a report to show you all under payments and over payments made by Participants compared to their actual premiums due.

WebCOBRA Training

Travis now offers free Video Training for WebCOBRA.com!

This free training service will allow you to:

• Go at your own pace.
• Enjoy an Interactive, segment-based, Training Program.
• Receive WebCOBRA.com training anytime or anywhere you choose.

Video Training can either be used as an introduction to the many features WebCOBRA.com has to offer or as a refresher course to WebCOBRA.com. To get started on Video Training, please visit us at www.webcobra.com.

RSS Feeds When you subscribe to a feed, it is added to the Common Feed List. Updated information from the feed is automatically downloaded to your computer and can be viewed in Internet Explorer and other programs.
