Travis Software announces the Ideabook

In the 22 years that Travis Software has been offering Employee Benefits software solutions, we have managed to pack our systems full of outstanding features. Now, we want to hear from you!

Travis is proud to announce the launch of the Ideabook for Travis Software. Ideabook is an online community where you can view, post, and comment about features you would like to see added to our systems, which includes TravisCobra, WebCOBRA, TravisFlex, and TravisBilling.

Simply go to http://ideabook.travisoft.com/, sign up for a free Ideabook account using the same e-mail address you use when signing on to the Travis Self-Service Portal, and start making your suggestions. It’s that easy!

TravisFlex 8.1: Now Available

In June 2008, Travis Software began distributing TravisFlex 8.1, our latest version of our Flexible Benefits Administration software. Some of the new features we think you will find helpful are:

• Social Security Suppression
• Duplicate Claim Tracking
• Additional E-mail Capabilities

WebCOBRA Summer 2008 release is Coming Soon!

Development for our Summer 2008 release is underway, and we can’t wait to share with you what we have in store. One of the biggest features we are adding is Retiree Billing, which will be offered as an add-on module to your WebCOBRA system. Some of the other major features we will be adding are:

• Online Enrollment: You will be able to enable QBs to have the option to login and accept their coverage with a full electronic payment.
• Upload SPD’s and Plan Documents: This enhancement will allow you to upload your SPD’s and Plan Documents to your WebCOBRA files so they can be viewed by Qualified Beneficiaries and, when applicable, retirees and other plan participants who don’t have access to the same documents that active employees do.
• Universal Change to Client/Employers: You will now have the ability to make a universal change to all Client/Employers when making a change to the options.
  

Of course these are not the only new features you will see in the Summer 2008 Release. There are also many specific COBRA-related features that will be added to the system soon!

TravisBilling 8.1

TravisBilling 8.1 is scheduled to be released this fall, and we want to give you a sneak peek into what you can expect! Some of the new features you will see added to the system are:

• Premium Disbursements: You will have the ability to disburse payments between the Employer and Carrier.
• New Report: You will have a report that will extract all enrollment data per benefit and can be run from the ADMIN level.
• New Report: You will have a report that will show you all under payments and over payments made by Participants compared to their actual premiums due.

RSS Feeds When you subscribe to a feed, it is added to the Common Feed List. Updated information from the feed is automatically downloaded to your computer and can be viewed in Internet Explorer and other programs.
