TravisCobra

TravisCobra Version 8.1 has recently been released and includes some great new enhancements that are designed to increase the usability of the system. Here's a listing of some of the new items to look for:

• Letter Output Summary for the DSR: allows you to view all letters that have been printed in specific AP runs.
• View Upcoming Letters on the PQB Screen: allows you to view upcoming letters for a specific PQB.
• Additional Call Center Features: will allow you to enter specific information for PQBs.
• New Release Notifier: allows you to either automatically or manually check for newer versions of TravisCobra.

TravisFlex

In June 2008 you can expect to see a new mini-release of TravisFlex. This release is going to include some features that will make your job of administering Flexible benefits easier than ever! Some of the enhancements you will see are:

• Social Security Suppression
• Duplicate Claim Tracking
• E-mail Capabilities
• Check Scheduler

WebCOBRA.com now offers Free Video Training!

Travis Software is now offering Free Video Training for our WebCOBRA system that is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This new training will allow you to go at your own pace, enjoy an interactive and segment-based training system, and allow you the freedom to receive WebCOBRA.com training anytime or anywhere you choose.
