WebCOBRA.com's LiveBackups are here!
Travis Software has always been proactive with data recovery for our WebCOBRA.com system, incorporating a very thorough disaster recovery plan from the start of the service in 2005. Recently, Travis has added a feature called LiveBackup to WebCOBRA that goes even further and allows restoration of data for individual Administrators.
LiveBackup allows Travis staff to pinpoint a backup time in 15 minute increments during any day and restore to that specific time. So, if one of your administrators incorrectly performs a Rate Change and prints & accepts Rate Change letters for thousands of participants, you can request that Travis restore your data to a time previous to that change so that you lose a minimum of productivity.
As Travis employees must perform this activity, there is an accompanying charge for this data restoration.

The next release of WebCOBRA.com includes many new enhancements designed to increase the
usability of the system as well as include new features. We thought you would like to know
some highlights of what to expect! The following features will be available to you very soon: |
- Developer Web API (Application Programming Interface) to create your own Custom Report or populate an Access Database.
- Developer Center with Free Code to get started with the WebAPI.
- Convert your TravisCobra DOL and Payment CSV Files.
- Optical Markings for Bulk Mailing.
- The ability to automatically send a letter to dependents when they reach 18, 25, etc.

 TravisFlex
You can expect a fresh look and feel of the TravisFlex in addition to new,
exciting enhancements. The extreme makeover for TravisFlex gives it a user experience your operators will truly enjoy. Here’s a listing of some of the new items to look for: |
- Brand new look and feel of the system.
- Sneak Peek Payroll Deductions which will allow for the modification of a payroll deduction amount at the time of payroll deduction processing.
- Positive Pay File Functionality providing the ability to quickly identify potentially fraudulent checks.

 TravisCobra Internet Access Module
The TravisCobra Internet Access Module release that is coming soon will focus on security and legal aspects. All data will be encrypted in both the transmission of data from your computer to the webserver, and will sit encrypted on the web-server. You won't have to worry about lost or stolen hard-drives, or be concerned about internet spies -- all of the TCIAM data will be secured against these attacks. In addition, this release will address changes passed in Texas Senate Bill 51 for state specific users. |

Support Login
New to WebCOBRA.com is the ability to grant Travis Support staff members login capability. With this new functionality, Travis Support will be given access to your WebCOBRA.com account without you releasing your username and password information. This innovative new feature is a great tool for customers as well as Travis Support as it aids in the advanced troubleshooting of support issues that may require investigation.
Granting Support Access can easily be found on the User’s tab of the Setup section. Once there, you have the ability to set various Support access levels. Should you have any questions: |
