Travis News
WebCOBRA.com Announces 99.9% Uptime Service Level Agreement
Few, if any, on-demand COBRA software vendors guarantee uptime or provide any Service Level Agreements (SLA) for their customers. WebCOBRA.com is blazing the way with an unprecedented 99.9% uptime guarantee for all Enterprise and Professional subscription customers. Travis Software contracts with a third party to monitor the availability of the WebCOBRA.com service. This gives an unbiased view of WebCOBRA.com's performance and the ability to view historical information and trends. This historical information is updated quarterly on WebCOBRA.com with last quarter's performance. WebCOBRA.com has a 99.9% availability for any unscheduled outage or loss of service. Historical information shows that availability has been 100% since the go-live date of WebCOBRA.com in the first quarter of 2005. WebCOBRA.com was built from the ground up as a complete on-demand web-based COBRA Administration service. By leveraging shared infrastructure, Travis Software provides customers with a level of network uptime and availability that is far greater than any solution our customers could ever hope to build for themselves using traditional client/server solutions. For more information on WebCOBRA.com, please contact Travis Marketing at (281) 496-3737.

Focus on the System- TravisFlex Internet Access Module
Would you like to give your plan participants greater access to their Flex Plan information? A quick look at the TravisFlex Internet Access Module demonstrates how easy it is to allow participants the ability to review their claims, make next year's benefit elections and even download a Claim Form or a copy of their Summary Plan Description (SPD). The benefits of the Internet Access Module don't end there- new for 2006 is Employer Access to the module. Employers now may login and enter new employees, make changes to existing employee records or upload documents that employees can later download. The Internet Access module is highly configurable for each employer and can be branded so that your clients see YOUR website, not a generic web page. For more information on the TravisFlex Internet Access Module, please contact Travis Marketing at (281) 496-3737.
